Exchange or Return Policy
Cancellation of order
- We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
- The refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns/exchanges are authorized for unworn Products
- Free exchanges or returns within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
- Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged original packaging.
- Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Comfneat website. If you purchase our product from Amazon or other retailers, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
Returns & Exchange Shipping Fees
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Returns & Exchange Notice
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund

For returns due to reasons such as sizing issues or personal preferences, we'll refund the product amount only, excluding shipping fees and taxes.
- When you send the package back, please provide the logistics tracking number certificate in time. After confirming that your return is working, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Delayed or Missed refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
